Running a fleet of aircraft is a full time job on top of the full time job you already have. Whether you operate a flight school or own multiple aircraft privately, the maintenance calendars, compliance paperwork, pilot schedules, and cost tracking can pile up fast. That's where I come in. I manage the day to day and long term oversight of your fleet so you can focus on flying or running your business, not drowning in logbooks and squawk sheets. What's included: Maintenance tracking and scheduling to keep every aircraft airworthy and out of AOG situations Regulatory compliance and records management to make sure you're always inspection ready Pilot scheduling and dispatch coordination tailored to your operation Financial tracking and cost management so you always know what each aircraft is actually costing you Whether you have two aircraft or twenty, the goal is the same — a fleet that runs cleanly, stays compliant, and doesn't keep you up at night.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Rates Pricing is based on aircraft type and scales down as your fleet grows. The more aircraft you have under management, the lower your per aircraft rate. Contact me during your consultation to discuss pricing for your specific fleet. What's Covered The monthly rate includes full maintenance tracking and scheduling, regulatory compliance and records management, pilot scheduling and dispatch coordination, and financial cost tracking across your fleet. No nickel and diming — everything is included. Billing & Contracts Invoices go out on the 1st of each month. A minimum 3 month commitment is required to start, after which the agreement runs month to month. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Onboarding Getting started takes roughly one week. I'll need access to your maintenance records, aircraft logbooks, and any existing scheduling systems to get everything set up properly before your first billing cycle begins.
